Rani is a beautiful German Shepherd. I have known this dog since she was little and got used to seeing her down at sunrise beach for her morning romp. Unfortunately as it happens with Shepherds she has been having issues as she aged. She had spinal surgery for lumbosacral disc which recovered well but her problem is compounded with degenerative myopathy.

Her owners are working so hard to keep quality of life for Rani. She is not in pain and with the use of this chair is now able to have independence and romp around. I have been doing physio with her and we decided a cart was the way to go to maximise her quality of life.

Dogs are amazing – they adapt so well to the wheels. and don’t seem to care that all their bits aren’t in working order. As you can see her friend in the park doesn’t care either.
