Product Refunds and Exchanges

If any defect or fault is detected in the product once it is in the customer’s possession then it may be returned for a refund or exchange, with the original packaging.

The product/s are to be returned within 7 days.

Postage and handling costs for any refund or exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard (via PayPal), money order, or cheque. Items must be paid in full before delivery.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed then items sent out within two business days. Products are sent out within Australia and are sent by Express Post unless otherwise stated. We recommend that delivery be by Express Post or registered post. Holistic Animal Physiotherapy is not liable for any loss/damage to parcels that are uninsured or unregistered and no refund or exchange is to be given. Once the items are sent out allow two to three working days to receive your order.

Should there be an issue with your order we will contact you by telephone or email to discuss.
