I have just completed another fantastic week of learning. Over the last year I have been working through my Advanced Diploma of equine acupuncture. I love combining eastern and western techniques into my treatments.

Eastern Medicine is so extremely complicated it seems the more you know the more you know you don't know! I know I won't ever stop learning.

Thanks to Tom for being such a fantastic teacher and allowing me to start the day with Qi Gong to set up for great days of learning and treating the horses. I look forward to more next year.

It has been such an action packed exciting year for me professionally. To be full time Animal Physiotherapist certainly makes me satisfied to be finishing the year with more knowledge to help me be more effective at treating all those beautiful animals
Cheers

I have had the joy of treating Dallas the beautiful 28 yo horse. She has suffered from laminitis for many years. We are hoping to improve her comfort and quality of life at present as she is struggling to walk comfortably. Dallas has responded extremely well to acupuncture and Physiotherapy and I thank Karen for all her efforts every day which is paying off. She is moving more easily and definitely brighter in herself. I hope she continues to improve over the next few weeks as we facilitate the healing process for her.

I have decided to set up Online Consultation via my website. It is clear to me there are many animals out there who are unable to access Physiotherapy services. I hope I can provide some advice online and be able to help these animals' quality of life. If you have a quick question feel free to fill out the form to find out more.....
Online Consultation pageI have been encouraged to join twitter. A new concept for me. So if you are this way inclined feel free to follow me on twitter as I try to work out how it works!....brookephysio is my name
cheers
